Lighting System Design & Upgrades
LMS is fully capable of redesigning and upgrading lighting systems to reduce costs, provide appropriate light levels and/or solve lighting related problems.
- System Upgrade – Upgrading a lighting system by replacing existing fixtures with new, more efficient fixtures is often the most cost effective solution to better manage a lighting system.
- Lighting System Evaluation – Includes surveying and evaluating of systems to determine the best ways to maximize efficiency, lower costs and care for the environment.
- Electrical Costs – Can be significantly reduced by taking advantage of new more efficient lighting fixtures and/or components.
- Maintenance Costs – Maintenance costs are reduced when new lighting components are installed under factory warranty eliminating the need to pay for replacement parts for sometimes years!
- Utility Incentives – Will often pay for as much as 50% of qualifying lighting upgrades.
- Upgrades – Can be used to help solve lighting related problems such as glare, product damage due to light, shadows, flicker and humming.
- LED Lighting – Replacement of neon and fluorescent freezer case lighting reduces energy and maintenance costs.
- Lighting Controls – Installation of lighting controls from simple occupancy sensors to day light harvesting can maximize the efficiency of a lighting system resulting in reduced operating costs.
