Lighting Maintenance and Service; Lighting, Sign, and Electrical Service Since 1977

Utilities frequently offer incentives to help encourage upgrades and/or retrofit resulting in significant energy savings. LMS provides services for our customers to take advantage of these incentives. These services include lighting audits that meet utility specifications, completing utility required paperwork and helping to facilitate utility site inspections when required.

LMS is a participating vendor in Rocky Mountain Power’s FinAnswer Express incentive program.

For the 3rd time, LMS is proud to be the recipient of Rocky Mountain Power's "Outstanding Contributions Award." During 2009 LMS did more lighting energy-saving projects than any other contractor in Rocky Mountain Power's FinAnswer Express Program.
